VOIDCLIPS Billing Policy

Introduction

This Billing Policy (“Policy”) explains how billing, payments, renewals, and refunds work on VoidClips (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to VoidClips, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy, in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions

VoidClips operates on a subscription-based model.
Subscriptions grant access to downloadable highlight clips from partnered creators.
Pricing and subscription tiers are listed on our website and may change from time to time.

2. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, or local processors depending on region).
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis for your subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

3. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
Renewal charges are applied to the same payment method used at signup, unless updated.
You can cancel renewal at any time in your account settings.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
After cancellation, you will retain access to VoidClips until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellations do not trigger refunds (see Section 5).

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, unused content, or cancellations after billing has occurred.
Refunds are only issued if required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact billing@void.gg within 7 days of the charge.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry billing your payment method.
Access to the Service may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

7. Changes to Pricing

We may adjust subscription pricing.
Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increases.
Continued use after a price change indicates acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Taxes

Subscription fees may be subject to taxes depending on your location.
Taxes will be displayed during checkout and included in the total charge.
